TODAY: More clouds, colder temps and areas of scattered light snow showers expected today and tonight. High temps today will be about 5-8 degrees cooler than average. Chances for light snow showers increase as the day progresses. The storm moving through New Mexico will likely only bring us light accumulations through late tonight. Colorado Springs should see less than 1/2 an inch...1/2 to 1" in Monument and around Teller County. Pueblo & La Junta just a dusting. 1/2 or less for Canon City. We could see about 1 to as much as 3" around Beulah and Rye. Walsenburg and Trinidad could see as much as maybe 1-2".

TONIGHT: Snow showers end late tonight as the storm moves southeast into western Texas.

TUESDAY: Cold temps for tomorrow with clouds to start the day. Through the late morning and afternoon we'll start to see more sunshine....but highs will only make it into the 20's in Colorado Springs and Pueblo.

TUESDAY NIGHT: Get ready for the coldest temps in more than a month! Clear skies and very cold temps in the single digits. Wind chill values will be below zero!

WEDNESDAY: After the VERY cold start to the morning it will make it into the mid to upper 30's in the Springs and Pueblo by afternoon. Teller County temps should be right around the freezing mark.

THURSDAY: Mostly sunny and milder. Temps will be at least 8-10 degrees warmer than Wednesday.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy and a few degrees cooler. Skies will still be dry.

SATURDAY/SUNDAY: Weekend forecast is looking warmer and very nice. In fact...temps for the weekend will be the warmest days of the next seven! Good timing!
